I. Holotropic Breathwork

Holotropic Breathwork sessions use accelerated breathing and a dynamic musical journey as a method of entering into a non-ordinary state of consciousness. A natural mobilizing process is then activated within the psyche which allows for the emergence of one’s own “inner healing intelligence” to guide the session. Facilitators offer support and energy-release bodywork as needed.
During our retreat we will have one Holotropic Breathwork session each morning on Friday and Saturday. Each participant will have an opportunity for one session as a Breather and one as Sitter, as per traditional roles in Holotropic Breathwork. Those session will give us framework for the flow of the retreat.
Some of the benefits and results of Holotropic Breathwork are:
• powerful tool of self-exploration
• release of emotional and energetic blocks
• creative inspiration
• inner guidance and insights
• support during times of transition or grieving
• working with family of origin issues
• exploration of the emotional connection to physical ailments
• renewed spiritual connection
II. Sweat Lodge Ritual

Sweat lodges, for thousands of years, have been sacred spaces of spirituality, community, and healing for many Native American tribes. They are heated dome-shaped structures used during purification rites and as a way to promote healthy living. The intense heat generated — often by steam created from pouring water onto heated rocks — is meant to encourage a sweating out of toxins and negative energy that create disorder and imbalance in life. In this way, the sweat lodge ceremony cleanses the body, mind and soul. For many cultures, a sweat lodge ceremony, or sweat, symbolizes a return to the womb of Mother Earth.
III. Rapéh Ceremony

Rapéh (pronounced ‘ha-peh’ in English) is sacred shamanic snuff medicine, indigenous to the Amazonian jungle. These medicines are made in a very labor-intensive process and often contain the leaves, seeds, flowers, and ashes of other powerful plants like Mapacho, Tsunu, Rose, Palo Santo, Ayahuasca, and many, many more, with each tribe having their special variants.
Rapėh is typically administered up the nasal cavity by using a pipe called a Tepi, made from bamboo, wood, or bone. The medicine can also be be self-administered using a V-shaped self-applicator pipe called a Quripe / Kuripe, which connects the mouth to the nostrils.
In a general sense, Rapėh has the following effects – he profoundly helps to re-align and open all chakras, releases stuck energies and sickness on all levels, facilitates deep connection and grounding, opens-up the third eye, de-calcifies the pineal gland, clears mental confusion, releases negativity and entities, and elevates the overall connection to Spirit.
Each type of Rapėh has different frequencies, vibrations, notes, qualities, subtleties, and and healing qualities. The intention of the shaman administering the medicine is also deeply felt, as is the power of the blow, and the energies in the Rapėh blend intself.
Sacred Tobacco is one of the oldest and most sacred plant spirits in the entirety of Earth. Is used with reverence in nearly every shamanic tradition across the globe, and is especially respected in the Americas. Think of Tobacco as Father Earth; deeply connected to the consciousness of our planet, in service to her and all her plant children. Rapeh is a communicator, a connector, and a divine masculine teacher.
IV. 5 Elements Dance & Cacao Ceremony

Embark on a wild dance journey that takes you into an intimate dance with your body, tribe & nature. No dance experience requiered! You are gently guided with instructions and world music through the 5 elements. Each element will wake up a different energy & give you new insights about your life.
- AIR opens your lungs & heart
- EARTH awakens your instinct
- FIRE helps you to express yourself
- WATER brings flow & creativity
- ETHER connects you with All
Ancient wisdom & rhythm of indigenous cultures are brought together to awake our consciousness. We dance ourselves into ecstatic states of awareness, release old patterns which no longer serve us, and come in the stillness of our authentic heart.

Cacao is a gentle, heart-activating, high-vibrational plant that has been used in ritual for thousands of years as a sacred medicine. Its healing properties are so needed on our planet today. We'll be drinking ceremonial grade cacao from Mexico, lovingly brewed into an elixir. It works on a physical and an energetic level, bringing us to the gate of our hearts and supporting us to step through, free the body and connect us to our deeper wisdom.
Cacao opens a powerful pathway to creativity, joy and inspiration, creating space for our prayers to be heard. Dancing in our prayers together offers a beautiful opportunity to manifest them in the present. I will be offering cacao with the 5 Elements Dance and just love the yummy blissful space we get into. It seems that the high doses of magnesium in the cacao really relaxes the muscles and when we combine it with dancing in the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Ether the body is able to expand with the energy more freely and quickly. So we experience more bliss, more pleasure, and all the good stuff that keeps us in balance in our busy modern lives.
